 Shenzhen Anboson Industries Co.,Ltd. respects your concerns about privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we collect and how we may use the information, with whom we may share it, and the choices available regarding our use of the information. The Privacy Policy also describes the measures we take to safeguard the personal information and how individuals can contact us about our privacy practices.
 
Our collection of information:
a. Information about you
When you use our platform service, we may ask you for personal information to sign up an account on our App or connect a device online. The types of personal information we collect include:
 
1. Email address or mobile phone number
 
2. Country information
 
3. WiFi SSID and password
 
4. Payment method
 
b. Information collected by automated means
When you communicate with our products or services, we collect necessary information by automated means including:
 
1. Mac address and digital certification of the device
 
2. Encrypted video and audio content
 
3. Operation log
 
c. Information we collect via technical support means
1. Account information and country
 
2. Device configuration
 
3. Operation log
 
How we use the information we collect:
a. Establish an account for you and manage your account such as sending verification code to your email box or mobile phone when you need to modify the login password of your account. Once you do not need our service, you may choose to delete your account, thus all related information would be removed from cloud server within 15 working days.
 
b. Provide you best service of cloud server after collecting your country information, which would be stored both in mobile phone and device. You may decline our request of location information, however, you have to provide country information manually in order to have normal service.
 
c. Verify the legality of the device you are using via collecting the MAC address and digital certification. The information is automated collected and stored on cloud, which will not be shared to any third party in any situation.
 
d. WiFi SSID and password is collected to enable the device connected to the Internet. WiFi SSID is stored in the device, which will be used to process the binding operation by uploading to the cloud for verification only. Once the process is finished, the information of SSID won’t be stored on cloud or shared to any third party. The WiFi password is only stored in the device locally, which would not be known by any third party or us.
 
e. When you are visiting a device via Internet, the content of video and audio is forwarded by cloud to your mobile phone in encrypted way. The content is not stored on cloud and cache will be removed away once you stop visiting the device. f. When you are using cloud storage service, the encrypted video and audio content will be stored on cloud in the way of files during your recording subscription period so you can access your content during that time period. You may delete your recordings from the Cloud Service at any time by accessing your account. Once the cloud service expires, all related information would be deleted automatically.
 
g. Operation log contains the information as below,
 
Account: account name, IP address of mobile phone, port, App version, server location, time record of login or sign up, time of bind, unbind or share a device;
 
Device: device MAC address. IP address and port of the device, device certification and time of application, device model, device name, the owner’s account ID, firmware version, firmware update information, login time on server, server location and time record of video play, and disconnection from server.
 
All above information will be only stored on cloud for no more than 30 days before it’s removed away automatically. Once you delete your account, related information will be removed away within 15 working days automatically.
 
h. Our website and mobile App may provide links to other online services for your convenience and information, and may include third-party features such as payment services (e.g., PayPal). Except for necessary information of purchasing order such as transaction amount, time, status and payment account, we will not collect or keep any other payment information.
 
i. When you contact us via in-app instant technical support or send feedback email in App, we will collect information of your App account, country, device configuration and operation log or the information will be sent as email attachment for us to understand the situation you are dealing with. After the instant technical support, related information would not be stored on cloud, while the feedback attachment would be stored on cloud no more than 30 days.
 
Third parties
Except for the limited circumstances described in this Privacy Policy or your applicable agreement / terms of service, we do not provide your information to third parties.
 
We operate the platform using third party-AWS. AWS will host the platform and push notification message from its data centers throughout the world.
 
We use a third party-PayPal to process subscription payments.
 
We use Mailgun to send information such as verification code or notification.
 
While we provide these third parties with no more information than is necessary to enable these third-parties to provide the services to us, any information that you provide these services independently is subject to their respective privacy policies and practices.
 
In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
 
We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use the Services for illegal activities, and we may report to law enforcement any activities that we believe in good faith are unlawful. We may need to release the information we collect to third parties when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce our legal rights, to protect the rights, safety or property of our business and support auditing, compliance, and corporate governance functions.
 
How We Protect Personal Information
The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us or automated collected. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices. We will post a notice on our website and mobile App to notify you of the significant changes to our Privacy Policy and indicate at the top of the notice when it was most recently updated.
